PROBLEM STATEMENT

Youths are the hope of our future. They need to be healthy and productive in ensuring a great and successful future. However, as of late there is rising concern over the increasing number of youths being diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and stress (A.D.S). Therefore, there is an urge for prevention, and intervention is required to prevent this from happening. A Centre for youths is proposed that will provide a platform for youths to be skilled and empowered through support in their living journey and lead a purposeful life. The Centre also provides early prevention for youths in general and intervention for youths with A.D.S. to enhance positive well-being and ability to act independently, confidently, and happily. An effort to prevention requires a holistic approach from youth themselves, family, local community, and experts. Therefore, the Centre focuses on preventive programs and activities that promote social connection, develop life skills, empowerment, improve mental well-being, and substance abuse services that benefit, individuals, groups, and community as a whole.
